A New Standard in Private Military Services

Continental, LLC is proud to announce the ongoing development of our Private Military Services Division, a future department dedicated to providing professional security support, protective operations, and specialized services for authorized government, defense, and international contracts.

Built upon the principles of military discipline, operational readiness, leadership, and professionalism, this division represents the next phase in Continental's long-term expansion.

Our objective is to establish a highly trained, properly equipped, fully insured, and legally compliant private military services department capable of supporting complex operations in demanding environments.

Department of War Contracting & Specialized Insurance

Operating within the private military and defense contracting industry requires more than tactical experience and specialized training. It demands strict regulatory compliance, financial responsibility, appropriate licensing, and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Continental is currently evaluating the specialized insurance requirements associated with future U.S. Department of War contracts and other authorized government contracting opportunities.

Depending on the contract, location, and scope of operations, these requirements may include:

  • Defense Base Act (DBA) Insurance: Federally mandated workers' compensation coverage for qualifying employees working on certain overseas U.S. government contracts.

  • Commercial General Liability Insurance: Protection against covered third-party bodily injury, property damage, and related liabilities.

  • Professional Liability Insurance: Coverage for qualifying professional services and operational exposures.

  • War Risk and Hostile Environment Coverage: Specialized insurance for certain operations involving armed conflict, political instability, or elevated security threats.

  • Additional Contract-Specific Coverage: Insurance, bonding, and other financial protections required by individual government solicitations and contractual agreements.

Insurance requirements vary by contract. Continental intends to obtain all applicable coverage and satisfy the necessary contractual and regulatory requirements before accepting or conducting private military operations.

Future Operational Capabilities

As the division develops, Continental intends to evaluate capabilities in the following areas:

  • Government and defense contracting support

  • Armed protective security operations

  • High-risk executive and personnel protection

  • Security support in hostile or unstable environments

  • Critical infrastructure and asset protection

  • Convoy and transportation security

  • Security consulting and operational risk assessments

  • Specialized training and mission support

All future services will remain subject to applicable federal, state, international, and host-nation laws, required authorizations, personnel qualifications, and contractual approvals.

Recruitment, Training & Operational Standards

Continental's Private Military Services Division is being developed with an emphasis on experienced personnel, disciplined leadership, accountability, and mission readiness.

Our intended operational standards will prioritize military and security experience, advanced protective training, emergency medical preparedness, operational planning, and adherence to lawful rules governing the use of force.

The division's future structure will be designed to support professionalism, clear command responsibilities, and coordination with authorized government agencies and contracting partners.

Current Department Status

DEPARTMENT IN DEVELOPMENT — COMING SOON

Continental's Private Military Services Division is not yet operational and is not currently offering or accepting private military service contracts.

We are working toward establishing the necessary organizational structure, specialized insurance coverage, compliance procedures, operational policies, and contracting qualifications required to responsibly launch this department.

An official launch date will be announced once the division has completed its development and satisfied applicable operational requirements.
